it is a fan art for the game series of " fallout "... the helmet basically offers outter radiation protection for users... the cabels are for purification of air and water, somehow... i used corel painter and wacom for painting over hand drawing

Obviously that would actually work, got it all there even an ionizer filter to stop any nasty particles from getting into the main filters so it can last longer right?

I really like this, the actual concept art for fallout is rather hard to make out it's hard to see how the helmets are actually built up, unlike in this where I can see how everything works perfectly! awesome!

I always loved the Wastedhound Mask in Fallout 3.... Was that the inspiration for the mask? Either way, great creation.

somehow i see a feral ghoul underneeth this... a lowing one perhps.. and this helmet being a means to col them effectivley turning them int mindless soldiers or assassins... the tubing could be for administration of brain controlling hormones and chemicals
